We offer mobile notary services and will come to you. Whether it's your home, office, hospital, nursing facility, or any other convenient location. Based in Central Austin, we also serve nearby cities, including Round Rock, Bastrop, Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, Marble Falls, Dripping Springs, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander, Elgin, Lockhart, Bee Cave, Lago Vista, and Lakeway.

NCS has a team of notary agents commissioned by the state of Texas and certified by The Notary Academy.
We provide notary services throughout the Austin Metroplex, across Texas, and remotely nationwide. Our team can notarize documents from any state, as long as the notarization is conducted within our jurisdiction. For international documents, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

The signer must present valid identification.
The signer must be physically present for the appointment (unless it is conducted remotely).
The signer must be able to communicate in English.
For notarizations requiring an oath or affirmation, the signer must swear or affirm the document's contents.
The signer must be mentally competent and not exhibit signs of confusion or disorientation.
The signer must sign freely, without any coercion.
All documents must be fully completed, with no blank spaces.

Acceptable forms of identification generally include government-issued photo IDs, such as driver's licenses, passports, or state ID cards. The ID must be current, unexpired, and feature both a photograph and signature. If you have special identification circumstances, please contact us in advance to ensure compliance with state regulations.
